Love will never die...We had been told that the bomb would hit soon. Most people had evacuated straight away. But us…we were left behind for dead. I hugged him softly, I just wanted to die lying peacefully in his arms. I lifted my head as I heard screams and shouts and saw the quick movement of the bomb coming down upon the city. I looked up and him and smiled knowing this would be our last moments together. ‘I love you’ I said giving him a quick peck and then tightened my grip on him, laying my head against his chest. The impact of the bomb killed us instantly minutes later. I woke up, sweat dripping down the side of my face. He leaned over and gazed at meLove will never die...

She looked a little flushed and confused, I opened the door for her and let her in, she looked at me worriedly ‘Jess baby, we need to talk’ she said, taking my arm softly. The way she nurtured me for those few minutes before she told me the horrible news made me want to cry, she sighed as the tears formed in her eyes ‘Miller died last night on the way back from his mate’s house, hit and run’ she said softly, holding my hand tightly.
